The course will take you through the US Patent prosecution process with associated schematic demonstrations. Attendees receive a comprehensive course manual in this interactive course.

Attendees take a step-by-step journey through US patent terminology and language, timelines and process. These courses are designed to provide a nuts and bolts understanding of the US patent process in its entirety. The courses provide an introduction of various types of patent applications and a fundamental background of the Utility Application filing requirements and prosecution process:
