COURSE DESCRIPTION
One-day course designed to provide a basic understanding of the US Patent prosecution process to meet the needs of a Docketing specialist. This course will allow attendees to identify docketable items within various types of client and US Patent & Trademark Office correspondence during the US patent filing, prosecution and allowance/grant process. Attendees receive a comprehensive course manual in this interactive course.
